Editorial content
Creative Fair content is offered for editorial, cultural, critical and informational purposes.
It may relate to works, artists, brands, films, books, albums, buildings, objects, collections, places or experiences.
Creative Fair makes its best efforts to publish reliable information but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or omissions. Content may be changed, corrected or removed at any time.
External links
The site may contain links to third-party sites.
These links are provided to ease access to a work, an experience, an Instagram post, a ticketing service, a film, a book, an album, a brand or a place.
Creative Fair does not control these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for their content or operation.
AI tools
Creative Fair develops and uses artificial-intelligence tools to assist with certain tasks:
- writing
- SEO
- post analysis
- extracting information from screenshots
- report preparation
- editorial organisation
- assistance with replies
- generating field suggestions
These tools are assistants. They do not replace human validation.
AI-generated results may contain:
- errors
- approximations
- incomplete information
- questionable interpretations
- wording that needs correcting
- data imperfectly extracted from a screenshot
Any AI output must be reviewed, checked and validated before use.
AI and commercial rights
Visuals, texts, mock-ups, previews, suggestions, reports, automatically filled fields or content generated or assisted by AI do not constitute legal validation. They do not guarantee that the produced or analysed element can be used commercially.
In particular, an AI output does not amount to:
- authorisation to use a work
- authorisation to use an image
- authorisation to use a brand
- authorisation to use a photograph
- authorisation to exploit protected content
- a transfer of rights
- a commercial licence
Any external commercial use must be subject to an independent verification of the necessary rights.
Collaboration reports
Creative Fair may generate collaboration reports for clients or partners. These reports may contain:
- publication link
- publication period
- views
- accounts reached
- interactions
- aggregated audience data
- charts
- elements extracted from screenshots
These reports are created from available data, entered manually or extracted with AI assistance. Figures must be verified before final sending.
A report page accessible by link is intended for the person or organisation receiving that link. It must not be indexed and must not be shared publicly without agreement.
Intellectual property
The original texts, interfaces, developments, tools, profile structures, reports and elements specific to Creative Fair are protected.
Any unauthorised commercial reuse is prohibited.
Third-party works and visuals remain the property of their rights holders.
Prohibited behaviour
It is prohibited to:
- use the site for fraudulent purposes
- attempt to access the admin without authorisation
- disrupt the operation of the site
- automatically extract content without authorisation
- copy the database
- reuse texts or reports without agreement
- remove credits or rights notices
- make it appear that an AI output grants a commercial right
Limitation of liability
Creative Fair cannot be held responsible for:
- an unintentional editorial error
- a temporary unavailability of the site
- third-party content
- a changed external link
- commercial use not verified by a user
- an AI output used without review
- a misinterpretation of the data in a report

Creative Fair may change these terms at any time.
The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of consultation.
