Creative Fair's position

Creative Fair is a cultural media outlet, an editorial library and a space for curation.

The site features works, images, films, albums, books, places, buildings, collections, photographs, brands, artists, experiences and cultural objects.

Creative Fair documents, selects, tells and archives. The site does not claim ownership of the third-party works featured.

Third-party works and visuals

The works, images, photographs, posters, sleeves, excerpts, brands, logos, buildings, creations, collections, films, albums, books and visual documents featured may belong to their respective holders:

  • artists
  • authors
  • photographers
  • brands
  • publishing houses
  • labels
  • producers
  • distributors
  • institutions
  • museums
  • architects
  • designers
  • rights holders

Unless stated otherwise, Creative Fair claims no ownership rights over these elements.

Editorial use

Visuals and references are used or mentioned in an:

  • editorial
  • cultural
  • critical
  • informational
  • documentary
  • referencing
  • illustrative
  • cultural-archive

The presence of content on Creative Fair does not mean it is freely reusable.

No automatic commercial authorisation

A visual shown on Creative Fair cannot be considered royalty-free.

A user, client, partner or third party must not assume they may reuse commercially:

  • an image
  • a work
  • a photograph
  • an excerpt
  • a logo
  • a brand
  • a poster
  • an album sleeve
  • an image generated or assisted by AI
  • a mock-up
  • a preview
  • a report

Any commercial reuse must be verified with the relevant rights holders.

AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals

Creative Fair may use or develop visuals, mock-ups, previews or content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. These elements may be used to:

  • prepare an idea
  • illustrate an intention
  • test a direction
  • help with layout
  • organise a report
  • create an internal preview
  • support editorial thinking

These visuals or content do not constitute legal validation. They do not guarantee:

  • that a commercial use is authorised
  • that no third-party right is involved
  • that an image is royalty-free
  • that a brand may be used
  • that a work may be exploited commercially
  • that a client may reuse the output without verification

AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals and content are provided for editorial, experimental, mock-up or creative-assistance purposes. They do not amount to legal validation for commercial use.

AI tools developed by Creative Fair

Creative Fair develops or uses AI tools to:

  • write
  • rephrase
  • generate SEO
  • analyse Instagram posts
  • extract figures from screenshots
  • produce collaboration reports
  • prepare editorial content
  • classify works
  • help fill in profiles

These tools belong to Creative Fair or to its technical providers depending on the case.

The results produced by these tools must be verified. They must not be interpreted as:

  • a guarantee of accuracy
  • legal validation
  • a transfer of rights
  • authorisation for commercial use
  • a licence over a third-party work
  • proof of ownership

Collaboration reports

Creative Fair collaboration reports are created to document the performance of a piece of content or an operation. They may include:

  • data provided by Creative Fair
  • data from screenshots
  • data extracted with AI assistance
  • charts
  • aggregated figures
  • links to publications

These reports are intended for the clients or partners concerned.

They grant no exploitation right over the works, images or brands shown, except by specific written agreement.

Credits

Creative Fair strives to indicate credits where they are known or required. A credit may mention:

  • artist
  • photographer
  • director
  • author
  • architect
  • designer
  • brand
  • publishing house
  • label
  • producer
  • institution
  • official source

If a credit is missing or needs correcting, contact: legal@creativefair.fr

Removal or correction request

If you are a rights holder or the representative of a rights holder, you can request:

  • adding a credit
  • correcting an attribution
  • changing a visual
  • removing content
  • clarifying a source
  • clarifying a use

Please send:

  • the link of the page concerned
  • identification of the content concerned
  • the nature of the request
  • supporting evidence or an element that helps understand the request
  • contact details

Requests for credits, corrections, removal or rights clarification must be sent to legal@creativefair.fr. Creative Fair will review the request as soon as possible.

Brands cited

The brands cited belong to their respective owners. Their presence on Creative Fair does not mean:

  • an automatic partnership
  • endorsement by the brand
  • affiliation
  • sponsorship
  • authorisation for commercial use
  • a transfer of rights

When content is produced as part of a commercial collaboration, Creative Fair may indicate this in accordance with the applicable rules.

Photographs and sources

Visuals may come from different sources:

  • official sources
  • archives
  • public platforms
  • press releases
  • image banks
  • screenshots
  • visuals provided by a partner
  • visuals generated or assisted by AI
  • visuals used as internal mock-ups
